Please rest assured, we never sell our exhibitor’s contact information – in fact, we follow strict data privacy regulations here at Clarion. Unless the email is coming from one of these addresses... it may be a scam – and we ask that you please proceed with caution.
Throughout the years, DTECH® has been a target of groups trying to offer all types of services from fictitious hotel arrangements to fraudulent lead generation services.

DTECH® does NOT sell, rent, or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses. Statements claiming to offer these attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive a message from a source outside of DTECH®, please do not interact with them. Valid DTECH® emails will include “Email ID Text”info@distributech.com or “Email ID Text”@clarionevents.com.

All DTECH® approved housing vendors will be clearly noted on the DTECH® event website. Any solicitation coming from housing companies for room reservations at our hotels is a scam. Please delete the email immediately and do not interact with the sender. Note that Connection Housing is the housing vendor for DTECH®. The only email affiliated with them is

Clarion here with a friendly reminder to always remain vigilant in relation to any change of beneficiary requests when processing payments to us. Bad actors frequently target small businesses and use a variety of tactics, including typosquatting, in an attempt to appear more convincing. If you ever have any questions related to payment, changes in instructions from Clarion, or anything else, please always give us a call prior to issuing payment.
As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by unauthorized service providers for audiovisual, carpet, exhibitor directory listing, etc. — who claim to be affiliated with DTECH®. These solicitations may appear to provide cost savings; however, the rates listed could be misleading and, in some cases, the vendor may not be a credible supplier. The vendor for all booth services is The Expo Group.
