You’ll receive lead details including contact info, role, company, conversation notes, and lead scoring—all accessible in the Converge+ Insights portal for 30 days post-event with Basic Insights.
Upgrades are available to unlock added features (segmentation, AI-driven insights, etc.), extend access length, and increase number of users.

Data security is our top priority. All badge scans are encrypted, and our system prevents unauthorized third-party access. Converge+ is GDPR-compliant and follows industry best practices for data privacy. Data stays secure from capture to portal upload.
Setup takes minutes. Once you receive your login, you can assign licenses to team members, upload product info and marketing assets, and connect to your CRM.
You’ll use the DTECH mobile app, which includes Converge+ scanning and all show info—no additional downloads required.
No separate device is needed—your smartphone is your scanner!
If you prefer or your business requires personal devices not be used, you may choose to rent through our chosen partner, Fello.

Deadline: All orders must be placed and payments submitted by January 19, 2026 to avoid expedited shipping fees. Orders placed after this date need about a business day of turnaround from confirmation to delivery, and may incur rush or expedited shipping costs.

Yes. Onboarding connects your teammates to their licenses to start scanning. It is also where you add product information and marketing assets to help inform the system, improving AI insights and autogenerated emails.

The app works offline and stores scans on your device. Once you reconnect, your data will sync automatically.
Log in to the DTECH mobile app with the email you registered with to claim your account. You'll see a banner in the app for the Converge+ Scan tool. Once you click the banner, you can begin scanning. No set up required once logged in.
Yes. You can skip the prompts by selecting the 3 bars in the top right corner of the screen. A tool bar will pop up from the bottom, select the three dots on the right. Once the page menu is pulled up, find “camera” and “Microphone” and change the dropdowns on each to “allow” . Now you will no longer be asked every time!
Yes, with attendee consent. Converge+ allows you to capture voice notes or full audio to help personalize follow-up and improve lead quality.
The data is sent to your Converge+ Insights portal, where it’s aggregated with notes and recordings. You can also view all your scans on your Converge+ Scan homepage to review and edit notes or contact information.
Yes. You must obtain verbal consent before recording any conversation. The app includes a prompt to help facilitate this.
Yes. You will be able to send follow-up emails directly through the app when you click on the lead. You can attach marketing assets that you uploaded during onboarding.
Yes. All the marketing assets that you uploaded during Converge+ onboarding will be available to add to the auto-generated emails.
There will be dedicated staff at the show to support you. Contact details will be shared with you in an email right before the show.
You’ll see lead scores, conversation summaries, engagement tags, and filters by role, location, and interest level. You can sort, segment, and export leads easily.
