FAQs

Yes, we offer group packages exclusively to utilities through the Utility Partner Program (UPP). UPP places utilities at the center of DTECH® and offers a range of exclusive discounts and benefits. The UPP offers privileges to member utilities and their employees attending—enabling them to network with utility peers and meet with the suppliers.

If you need an invoice/receipt, you can log into the Registration Resource Center with your badge/registration number and email address. If you need an invoice/receipt from a previous DTECH event, please send us an email request to info@distributech.com, and we'll typically get back to you within one business day.

Cancellations must be received in writing by December 1, 2025, for a refund, minus a $110* administrative charge (*or full value of pass on date of purchase, if under $110). After December 1, 2025 refunds are not available. Substitutions may be made at any time, by contacting the registration department IN WRITING at info@distributech.com.

Spouses and children are permitted to attend the event for a fee. To add a spouse for $125, please select the "Add Spouse" option on the final page of your registration and enter their first and last name. Includes access to the Exhibit Hall, Opening Keynote, Opening Party, and Networking Party. To add a child to your registration: please email info@distributech.com.

Please check with the US Embassy to learn whether you require a visa to enter the United States. We suggest you check regularly for the latest travel updates. At this time, we recommend you apply for a US visa as early as possible due to ongoing processing delays and longer wait times for visa appointments.

If you do require a visa, please access your registration through our Registration Resource Center, using your email address and your badge/registration number. You can then provide your details prior to printing your customized visa letter for your travel preparations:

Yes, we do.

Clarion Events, Inc. (“Clarion”) prides itself on providing an inclusive and supportive environment where all people are treated with dignity, decency, and respect. Clarion expects all parties associated with its events to behave appropriately throughout the year and requires that all individuals associated with its events act in a considerate, respectful, and collaborative manner. Demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior and speech are not permitted. While involved with Clarion or DTECH®, we ask that you use best efforts to be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants, and to alert event venue security or DTECH® staff if you notice a dangerous or harassing situation or someone in distress. Additionally, you may also reach out to infodistributech@clarionevents.com year-round with any questions or comments.

UNACCEPTABLE CONDUCT:

All who participate in any Clarion event deserve respectful treatment, regardless of the capacity in which they are attending or participating. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendee, speaker, partner, exhibitor, or volunteer of the event or related event activities. Clarion prohibits any and all offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, national origin, gender identity, or disability; use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or unwelcome following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; unwelcome physical contact or attention. Attendees often combine professional activities with social interaction, and while DTECH® encourages such networking and strengthening of connections between participants, DTECH® reserves the right to remove anyone who appears inebriated and who engages in conduct that interferes with the ability of other attendees and/or exhibitors to participate in and enjoy the event, and anyone whose social attentions become unwelcome toward a staff member, attendee, exhibitor, or any other person associated with the event. Event participants are not permitted to bring firearms to the event.

CONSEQUENCES OF UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR:

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated at the events whether by attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, exhibitors, or anyone else even remotely related to the event. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. DTECH®, at its discretion, may remove and bar those who violate this Code from continued attendance or participation in some or all of the events in its sole and absolute discretion, without refund of any fees paid, and may bar violators of this Code from attendance or participation of any future Clarion events in its sole and absolute discretion. This code provides general guidelines and cannot cover every possible type of unacceptable behavior. DTECH® reserves the right to apply corrective action to instances other than the specific examples noted.

This Code of Conduct may be modified at any time and for any reason.
