Wesley Gray, P.E. is the Executive Director of New Mexico Field Operations at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), where he leads statewide generation, transmission, distribution, and substation operations. A transformational utility executive with over 25 years of leadership across public power, cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities.  Wes brings deep expertise in strategic operations, engineering, and organizational change. He has held senior roles at utilities across the Southwest and Pacific Northwest, including Plumas-Sierra REC, College Station Utilities, and Grays Harbor PUD.

Wes holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. He is also a certified Public Power Manager and a Senior Member of IEEE. Known for his adaptive leadership and operational excellence, Wes has a strong track record of aligning field teams, optimizing performance, and advancing customer-focused utility strategies.
