Wendell William Teixeira is an Innovation Executive at Energisa Group, one of Brazil's largest energy distribution conglomerates, where he leads open innovation and energy flexibility programs at scale. He leads FlexLab, an open innovation platform, in the country's first structured energy flexibility call, spanning Virtual Power Plants, Demand Response, Smart EV Charging, and AI-driven forecasting. Wendell brings hands-on experience in electric mobility projects and energy storage across a broad range of applications — from off-grid and grid-connected systems to behind-the-meter and front-of-the-meter deployments, including C&I customers, EV charging hubs, VPP concepts, and distributed generation assets. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP), one of Latin America's leading research universities, bringing academic rigor to his industry practice at the frontier of the energy transition.
