Vincent DeChiaro
Vincent DeChiaro, P.E. is Director of Distribution Planning & Asset Management at National Grid, where he leads short- and long-term planning for the company's New York distribution system. His work spans the five- and fifteen-year system capacity plans, asset lifecycle and replacement strategy, and the integration of distributed generation and electrification load in line with New York's clean energy goals. He has spent his career at National Grid advancing through integrated planning and asset management roles, balancing reliability, capacity, and risk across the network. He holds bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Clarkson University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
