Vijit Nair is a results-oriented IT leader and accomplished Industry speaker with over 25 years of experience in Software Development, Large Transformation Programs and People management. Vijit has delivered many large transformation programs and enterprise software solutions across different domains, delivering significant business value, reducing O&M costs, and helping generate new revenue through new business models. He has also managed IT Operations with full P&L Ownership including Application Development, Maintenance and Transition Services.

Vijit has significant experience fostering relationships with CXOs and their directs of Fortune 500 companies across IT and Business, to define and deliver strategic value.  He has built and led high performing, globally distributed, multi-cultural technology teams to deliver value to end customers, managing team performance. He is a coach, mentor, and thought leader and a strong proponent of a high performing diverse team. Vijit’s experience includes extensive international professional stints in USA, Germany, United Kingdom & India.
 
In his current role, Vijit is responsible for TCS's Utilities Business in the East coast and some parts of Mid-West of North America. In this capacity, he is responsible for the overall P&L management including Sales, Relationship and Service delivery for TCS’ utility clients in this region. Additionally, Vijit is also responsible for TCS's Utilities market positioning with 3rd party analysts and research groups.
