Victor oversees operations and maintenance for El Paso Electric’s T&D lines across deserts, river valleys, and even pecan farms. With his experience at the utility — 12 years as a lineman and 4 as a safety representative — he gained valuable insights to bring to his current position as Supervisor – Distribution Crew. Victor enjoys spending time outdoors however he can, from hunting and fishing to hitting the slopes.
