Venkat Banunarayanan is the Vice President of Integrated Grid at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He has twenty-eight years''' experience in developing tools, resources and partnerships for electric utilities and cooperatives to successfully integrate new technologies and continue to plan and operate the grid in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner. Venkat holds a doctorate in Electrical Engineering and an M.B.A in Finance and has worked previously at the U.S. Department of Energy, ICF International, and General Electric.
