I care deeply about leaders making decisions under extraordinary pressure and the responsibility they carry to build a more resilient world. My focus is helping them make better transformation and leadership decisions - and feel fulfilled doing it. Because their stories hold the insights others need to navigate complexity with greater clarity, courage, and confidence, I am a practitioner of Learning Experience Design (LXD), designing new experiences- services, programs, and events - that bring diverse-thinking leaders together in safe environments to challenge '''business as usual.''' These experiences aren'''t just about learning, but about sharing stories, framing challenges, and experimenting.
