As the Founder and CEO of the Utility 2030 Leadership Collaborative (U2030), I have the privilege of helping leaders grow and thrive during times of transformation. I love designing experiences: U2030 program, advisory engagements, events, and learning journeys with curiosity, creativity, and purpose—drawing on Learning Experience Design (LXD) and Design Thinking. I’m passionate about diversity of thought and work to elevate underrepresented voices so that utility leadership better reflects the communities we serve. At my core, I believe leadership begins with empathy and service. That’s why every U2030 event starts with a hands-on community project—an expression of our commitment to leading with heart and giving back.
