Valliappan Muthukaruppan is a Principal Quantitative Engineer on the Exelon Analytics team. He led the development of the POSEIDON ETR tool to improve customer experience during storms. He leads the development of Generative AI and broader AI capabilities within the Customer and Corporate domains. He earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2018 and 2022, respectively.
