I have been working for Ameren in the power industry for 5 years. I completed my B.S. majoring in Computer Engineering at Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville (SIUE) in 2018 and added an MBA from SIUE in 2023. For the first 4 years of my career I worked as a Distribution Planning Engineer in our Illinois company, and specialized in maintaining and improving our Synergi Electric planning models. Key projects during my time as a planning engineer included design of a model build process for Synergi based on ESRI GIS data in 2021, and posting Ameren's first ever DER hosting capacity map online in 2022. In mid 2023 I transitioned to my current role within Ameren's Digital organization as the technical lead on our Grid Network Model Managment project, partnering with Xtensible Solutions and Open Grid Systems to implement the Common Information Model at Ameren.
