Troy Anatra is a Director of Innovation at National Grid, and National Grid Partners, where he works with utilities and emerging technology companies to accelerate the deployment and scaling of innovative grid solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry, Troy has held leadership roles across demand response, distributed energy resources, VPPs, and grid edge technologies, helping to bridge the gap between innovation and utility operations.
Troy is also leading the Intelligent Substation initiative at National Grid - collection of groundbreaking and incremental technologies on how we manage and build substations.
Troy brings practical insights on moving beyond pilots, integrating innovation into utility strategy, and building scalable solutions that enhance reliability.
