Tony is an Electrical Engineer from Texas Tech University.  He started with Oncor in 2000 as a Substation Design Engineer.  He moved on to managing Transmission Operations in East Texas then managed the Transmission Engineering Line Design Group.  He started Oncor's Program Management Organization for bringing wind energy from West Texas to the load centers in North and Central Texas, aka CREZ.  His current roll as the Director of T&D Services includes managing the computer applications that control the power grid which includes Transmission’s Energy Management System and Distribution’s Advanced Distribution Management System as well as Analytics and Grid Operator Training for Transmission and Distribution.  He has been a member of IEEE since 1997.
