Tom Manriquez is a University Expert Program Recruiter at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) with over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition. As recruitment subject matter expert lead, he is responsible for university relations early career recruiting & innovative programming initiatives across 14 lines of businesses including corporate services, engineering, business, and technology.

Passionate about talent development, inclusion and belonging, Tom partners with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to connect students with meaningful career opportunities that support PG&E’s mission to deliver safe, reliable, and clean energy to California communities. He is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation of innovators entering the utility, energy, and technology sectors.

Before joining PG&E, Tom was the Director of Talent Acquisition for NTT Global Data Centers, North America, globally the third largest data center colocation provide for nearly 10 years. A proud first-generation college graduate, he earned his bachelor’s degree from San José State University, aProfessional Human Resource Certification (PHR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), Certified Military Veteran Recruiter (CMVR) and a Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC).
