Tom brings a mix of strategic foresight, technical depth, and leadership. His experience spans future flexible services, future network planning, market innovation, power systems engineering, strategy formulation, and commercial analysis. As Head of Future Networks & Markets, Tom is responsible for shaping Endeavour Energy’s approach to emerging energy technologies, market reform, and grid transformation initiatives.

Prior to Endeavour Energy, Tom held roles at Aurecon, Energy Queensland, and has worked in international markets including the United Kingdom, Germany, the wider EU, and Africa.
