Tim Jarrell is Vice President of Power Supply, Rates, and DER strategy for Cobb EMC. Tim has been in the energy industry for nearly 30 years. During his career, he has worked with electric and gas rates, power trading and power origination, power contracts both short and long term along with utility information systems.
