Tiffany Dennison
Tiffany Dennison serves as the Vice President of Metering Services at Duke Energy. She is responsible for managing the metering operations for 8.6 million industrial, commercial and residential electric customers located in 6 states. Tiffany is accountable for Meter Labs, Field Metering, AMI Operations, Revenue Assurance, Work Mgmt. as well as Metering Training, and QA. While she manages the field and back-office operations for electric customers she also oversees the AMI Network for gas and electric meters associated with Duke Energy’s 10M meters and $27+ billion in annual electric and gas revenues.
Tiffany has extensive customer services experience, having joined Cinergy in 2001 and progressed through multiple leadership roles. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, with a double majored in Accounting and Finance
