Bio

Tom is a Principal Business Program Manager with the ComEd REACTS Program. He manages the fiber and wireless deployment planning for the program and is involved with the architecture and design engineering of the hybrid network development and implementation for utilization with advanced communications, telemetry, and distributed energy resources. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from Loyola University.
