Tara is passionate about designing and operationalizing organizational transformation strategies that drive the successful adoption of strategic initiatives and improve stakeholders’ experience of change. With 15+ years of global management consulting experience in large-scale technology, process, and people solutions at Deloitte, PeopleFirm (now part of EY), and Nike, she is now a transformation change leader at Portland General Electric. Recently, she led organizational transformation for the successful implementation of ADMS. Currently, Tara is leading portfolio process excellence and change management across 15+ projects to progress and scale the capabilities of PGE’s Virtual Power Plant.
