Prior to transitioning to her role at Pepco Holdings, Olivier served as the senior vice president of Customer Operations and Chief Customer Officer at BGE. In this role, Olivier leveraged relationships across Exelon’s utilities to develop a strategy to provide equitable access to programs and services for customers and communities in the region.
