Dr. Stipe Fustar is an Executive Consultant with ESTA International. He has over thirty-five years of experience in the electric utility industry including consulting, project/team management, OT/IT architecture design, enterprise integration, system design and development, data modeling, and business process analysis.

Dr. Fustar has a wide understanding of all aspects of the electric utility industry with special expertise in power system operation and OT/IT integration and architecture. He has worked on all phases of design, development, and implementation of distribution management, outage management, energy management, market management, SCADA, DERMS, and similar software systems. 

His expertise includes a broad range of energy, market, and network management services (ADMS, OMS, SCADA, DERMS, MMS, and EMS), addressing network calculations, optimization, outage management, AM/FM/GIS/Map technology, data modeling, network modeling, DERMS/DR, WAMS, Smart Grid, SCADA, Cyber Security, as well as system integration and architecture. He has a working knowledge and expert understanding of IEC CIM. He provides a unique blend of electric utility industry expertise and a strong OT/IT/architecture/integration/security/Cloud technologies background.
