Currently serving as Director of IT at the Long Island Power Authority, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives in business applications, data analytics, and enterprise architecture. Sidney has a proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar budgets, negotiating high-value contracts, and leading cross-functional global teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IT solutions. His leadership is grounded in ITSM/ITIL best practices and fortified by certifications including Security+, CEH, CAP, and ITMLE. Sidney holds an MBA from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a BBS in MIS from Texas A&M University. In his spare time, Sidney enjoys playing golf, watching football and basketball, and traveling with his family.
