Shari Gribbin
Shari Gribbin is a lawyer and business executive with 25 years of cross-functional expertise working across cyber, security, operations, governance, legal, and regulatory. As Managing Partner with CNK her day-to-day practice focuses on helping clients with a broad spectrum of cyber and supply chain security challenges legal, risk, and operational challenges. Before taking the helm at CNK, Gribbin spent 15 years as in-house counsel and senior compliance management at Exelon with a dual role as a lead counsel for IT and Security across all assets and running an enterprise-wide governance-risk-compliance program for energy regulations. Gribbin then moved to Deloitte & Touche, where she spent five years as a Senior Manager in Cyber Risk and Regulatory Advisory Services, working with critical infrastructure and global initiatives.
She has led and serves on several interagency cybersecurity initiatives and industry advisory teams including: the NERC Supply Chain Subcommittee, the DOE-NARUC Cyber Baselines for Distribution Infrastructure Task Force, she sits on the Advisory Board for the Critical Infrastruture Security Coalition, the National Energy Compliance Forum, led the development of the APPA Supply Chain Risk Management manual for the public power sector and supports several other industry collaboratives.
