Shadi has over 10 years of industry experience in power systems and renewable energy integration. In recent years, my main focus has been developing grid-edge solutions for improved reliability and resiliency of energy supply for utilities and commercial/industrial customers as well as in support of electrification projects. Her engagement with industrial and utility projects includes energy storage system and Microgrid design and integration, DERMS technology assessment, charge management system and aggregator implementation. She is the Vice Chair of IEEE Inductry Connections Activity "Mobile and Transportable Energy Storage Systems – Technology Readiness, Safety and Operation".
