Scott Bordenkircher joined Arizona Public Service Company (APS) in 2001. He is currently the Director of Forestry & Fire Mitigation. In this role, Scott is responsible for supporting customers in rural and forested communities by tracking weather patterns and preparing the energy grid to maintain reliable power. Prior to this role, Scott was the Director of Technology Innovation and Integration where he was responsible for overall strategic development and implementation of APS’s advanced technology based solutions, with a key focus on smart grid technologies, data analytics, and the integration of distributed energy resources.
