Salma is an engineer turned product leader with a track record of building climate and cleantech products. At PG&E, Salma leads the DERMS product strategy, multi-year roadmap and investment plan, and also one of PG&E’s EPIC projects investigating the optimization of DER behavior to provide the temporal complementarity, reliability balancing and cost efficiency needed to manage load flexibility in high DER grids. Salma holds a PhD in information science and a master's in renewable energy.
