Ryan Anthon is the Director of Grid Modernization at PacifiCorp, where he leads initiatives to enhance reliability, resiliency, and efficiency across the distribution system. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Utah.
Ryan is an active member of IEEE and the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies (AEIC), contributing to industry collaboration and innovation. His expertise spans distributed sensors, distribution planning, protection and control, metering, and distribution automation equipment. With a career focused on modernizing the grid, Ryan brings deep technical knowledge and practical experience in deploying technologies that enable a smarter, more adaptive power system.
