Ryan Anthon
Ryan Anthon is the Director of Grid Modernization at PacifiCorp, where he leads initiatives focused on improving the reliability, resiliency, and efficiency of the company's electric distribution system. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Utah. Ryan is an active member of both IEEE and the Association of Edison Illuminating Companies (AEIC). His expertise includes grid modernization, distributed sensing technologies, distribution planning, protection and control systems, advanced metering, and distribution automation. Throughout his career, he has focused on deploying technologies and operational strategies that enable a smarter, more adaptive, and resilient electric grid.
