Roy Luo
Roy Luo is a Senior Electrical Engineer at NVIDIA, where he focuses on data center electrical design and enabling AI factory deployments as part of NVIDIA's DSX reference architecture initiative. He has nearly two decades of experience spanning power system protection and control, data center electrical infrastructure, and program management across utilities, industrial facilities, and hyperscale data centers. Prior to NVIDIA, he spent three and a half years at Meta Platforms on next-generation data center design, and nearly twelve years at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories where he rose from field engineer to Engineering Manager. Roy holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston and is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
