Rose Mary Colella-Seavey is Senior Manager of Distributed Energy Resources Interconnection at ComEd, where she leads strategy and operations for integrating solar and other DER projects into the grid. Her leadership has advanced interconnection through process optimization, technology innovation, and customer experience improvements, helping enable approximately 85,000 interconnected systems representing over 1.7 GW of DER capacity. She previously led Smart Grid & Innovation at ComEd and brings broad experience across innovation, change management, program management, and organizational development.
