During my 20+ years of IT experience ranging from developer to director level roles managing large teams, I have managed critical applications and delivered many strategic programs for the various organizations. I have led many high visibility business areas with demonstrated success in business stakeholder management and implementation of multiple complex programs. My key strength is driving business strategy and implementing related technology solutions through end to end accountability. As a Grid Modernization IT product line director at National Grid, I am responsible for all the IT deliverables for this strategic initiative. The program has a combined budget of $450M between business and IT for 3 years span. Program scope includes Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Distributed Energy Resource Management (DERMS), Network Operating Center (NOC) and Network Management System (NMS), Data management, integration and cyber services.
