Pragna Pulusani

Pragna Pulusani is a Principal Engineer at Public Service Enterprise Group, where she leads the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance electric distribution reliability, asset performance, and operational decision-making. In her current role, she spearheads the design and deployment of enterprise analytics and visualization solutions, leveraging platforms such as the AVEVA PI System, cloud-based data environments, and Microsoft Power BI to deliver scalable dashboards for peak load analysis, asset monitoring, and grid performance evaluation. She has led numerous initiatives focused on reliability improvement, that enable cross-functional stakeholders to make informed, proactive decisions. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions in NERC compliance and electric delivery planning, where she developed deep expertise in system modeling, regulatory standards, and transmission and distribution operations. A PMP-certified professional with a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NJIT, Pragna is passionate about leveraging data and technology to address evolving grid challenges and drive continuous improvement across the utility industry.
