Dr. Po-Chen Chen is a transformation and analytics executive driving AI, ML, and big data innovations across the utility sector. With a deep background in power systems'''spanning grid edge analytics, outage management, and DER/EV integration'''he bridges the gap between complex R&D and practical business strategy. He currently serves as the Consulting Director for the Data, Analytics, and AI Practice at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). Throughout his career, including key data science leadership roles at Exelon, Sentient Energy, Duke Energy, and Oncor, he has architected cloud-based AI solutions, modernized data lake ecosystems, and deployed predictive analytics that prioritize grid safety, reliability, and customer experience. An extensively decorated industry leader, Dr. Chen is a consecutive winner of the AEIC Achievement Award (2023, 2024), a Grand Prize winner of the DOE Digitizing Utility Grant, and a Public Utilities Fortnightly Charles Steinmetz Top Innovator. He holds multiple honors from the Utility Analytics Institute (UAI), including the Top 25 Thought Leaders Award.
