Philippe has been with Eaton, a global leader in intelligent power management, since 2007, following the acquisition of a Canadian software company specializing in real-time automation solutions for transmission and distribution systems.  
With over 20 years of experience in addressing the challenges faced by electrical utilities in the transmission and distribution (T&D) sector, Philippe has held various leadership roles that have significantly expanded Eaton’s digital solutions presence across global markets. He also regularly contributes to thought leadership activities and presentations at events in the industry.  
Philippe’s expertise encompasses the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies, as well as spearheading market-driven innovation initiatives. These efforts have accelerated the introduction of transformational digital solutions aimed at tackling energy transition challenges.  
He has been instrumental in the creation of grid-edge software solutions that enable distributed intelligence at the edge of the grid. Philippe collaborates closely with Eaton’s Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS) Center of Excellence and Eaton’s Energy Research Labs to bring new technologies to market. He is based at the Eaton Americas Innovation Center near Montreal, in Canada.
