As Manager of Metering & AMI Network Operations, I oversee and direct all aspects of metering and AMI Network Operations across Cleco’s service territory. I am responsible for providing overall management and strategic direction of the Metering and AMI Network Operations department and implement an asset management strategy to include best practices for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all metering and AMI network equipment in Transmission, Distribution and Generating facilities in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. In addition, I am responsible for technology improvements in each of the departments while maintaining engineering and operational excellence as well as accountability for the strategic vision and personnel development within the organization to deliver excellent operational performance with a customer-centric approach.
