Senior Advisor for Energy Programs, U.S. Army Materiel Command

Mr. Roege provides strategic leadership with respect to energy and resilience to the Army's major command responsible for material readiness, which includes Army installations, supply chain, and industrial production.  He integrates diverse considerations of military missions and relationships, climate, economics, and technology into a framework of readiness and resilience in order to inform metrics, plans, and implementation.  Paul is a registered professional engineer with 45 years of experience in research, design, field engineering, and project management as an Army officer and in the energy industry; he holds degrees from West Point, Boston University, and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
