Paul is an accomplished executive and management consultant with expertise in Power and Utilities operations across Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Energy Trading. In recent years he has focused his expertise on Wildfire Risk Management and Regulatory Strategy. He has held leadership roles with Xcel Energy, PG&E, Southern California Edison, Duquesne Light Company, and IHI Power Services; as well as serving the clients of Deloitte, EY, and KPMG. Paul began his career with Scottish Power; and earned a bachelor’s in Technology and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
