Patrick Hodgson is Director of Culture, Strategy & Insights at PG&E, where he leads the integration of culture, strategy, and AI innovation to power enterprise transformation. He helped stand up PG&E’s People Organization True North Strategy Service Model initiative and is helping drive the design of its first AI-enabled service model to modernize how the company delivers value to its workforce and customers. His work aligns culture systems, leadership behavior, and digital capability to accelerate performance, trust, and adoption of change across PG&E’s 40,000 coworkers and partners. Previously, Patrick was a founding partner in establishing PG&E’s Enterprise Change Office and built its first enterprise change intelligence platform, connecting $5 billion in transformation initiatives to measurable outcomes in adoption and readiness.
