Paloma Greiciana de Souza Dias Costa
Paloma Greiciana de Souza Dias Costa holds a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Federal Center of Technological Education of Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG), Leopoldina campus. She earned her Master's degree in Industrial Engineering — Electrical Engineering track, through a dual-degree program between CEFET-MG and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, Portugal. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Uberlândia and works as an Innovation Engineer at Energisa Group, one of Brazil's largest energy distribution conglomerates. In this role, she contributes to FlexLab, Energisa's open innovation platform driving the country's first structured energy flexibility program, with initiatives spanning Virtual Power Plants, Demand Response, Smart EV Charging, and AI-driven forecasting.
