Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northern Illinois University and has experience supporting evolving AMI technologies and grid modernization initiatives. He is passionate about advancing utility communications and enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with family and friends outside of work.
