Global Director – Early Talent and Early Talent Community of Practice Lead , ABB Inc.

Nicole Furnia joined ABB in June of 2022 and is currently the Global Director of Early Talent. In this role, Nicole is responsible for designing, implementing and scaling early talent identification, recruitment and hiring strategies, aligned with business goals and regional needs. 

In her previous role with ABB Nicole was the Director of University Relations, Early Talent and Employer Branding for the US and America's. In this role Nicole had a team in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. Prior to joining ABB Nicole spent the last 12 years in early talent and campus recruiting, with companies like KeyBank, Eaton and Arrive Logisitcs. 

Nicole is passionate about early talent. She enjoys the competitive nature of this space and how the changes keep her on her toes to be creative and think outside the box. Nicole lives in Cleveland, Ohio with her wife Erin, two children Anthony and Celia and Sheepadoodle Dottie! She enjoys traveling, cooking, cycling and hiking in her free time.
