Morteza Talebi has over sixteen years of experience in engineering and training. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Gilan, Iran, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from the University of Central Florida. Dr. Talebi is a senior member of IEEE and IEEE Power and Energy Society. He has contributed to research in the power industry and has authored numerous publications on technical subjects, training, and workforce development. His expertise includes industrial design engineering, testing and commissioning of high voltage substation equipment, creating processes for critical infrastructure such as nuclear plants, and developing workforce strategies. Currently, he serves as the Chief of Workforce Development of Field Operations at TRC Companies.
