He holds advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering, including a Ph.D. in Power Systems from the University of Central Florida. A senior IEEE member, Dr. Talebi is an active contributor to power industry research and workforce development, with expertise in industrial design, high-voltage substation testing, and standards development.
