Morteza Talebi, PhD, SMIEEE, is Vice President of Workforce Development at POWERX and a workforce strategist focused on building high-performing teams across power systems and data center industries. With over 18 years of experience, he integrates technical excellence, human performance, and quality programs to drive workforce capability and operational impact. He holds a PhD in Power Systems from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University.
