Molly runs Accenture’s Connected Energy Services in N. America, focused on new utility business models and plays that electrify everything, flexibly, and cleanly. She’s a recognized thought leader on energy transition and climate – and is a frequent speaker and panelist on the subjects. Molly leads Accenture’s 1300+ member clean energy transition community of practice, focused on skilling professionals in the mechanics of clean tech business models, solutions and services – such as the scaling of renewables and the electrification of transit. As a strategist and business transformation leader, she’s passionate about and dedicated to designing and driving Triple Bottom Line solutions that measurably protect the planet from climate change, while delivering more and better citizen services. Molly previously worked as a reporter covering energy policy and holds degrees in journalism, poli sci, and international affairs. She moonlights as an adjunct professor at GW, where she’s taught storytelling and communications for 14 years.
