As an experienced designer, Misty Alderman has a passion for creating meaningful designs that make a lasting impresssion.  With 20+ years of experience, she is driven by her desire to make positive impacts and improvement.  Misty has had the opportunity to work within a range of industries and has acquired skills in civil and structural design that have enhanced her problem-solving skills and user insight.  Currently, Misty is excelling as a Distributuion Underground Network Senior Designer with American Electric Power (AEP).  She is always researching new ways to innovate and push the limits of what's possible by seeking new techniques to keep AEP's Distribution flourshing. 

Misty resides in Columbus, Ohio, and enjoys being in the outdoors taking on the challenges of golf, hiking and crossfit.
