Miki Deric is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy's North America Utilities business. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience helping utility clients develop and implement strategic plans, streamline business processes, improve decision making capabilities, optimize operational practices, and implement process changes that have produced positive impact for company bottom lines.

He has worked with more than 30 utility clients, industry suppliers and associations across North America to improve results, using his extensive knowledge of power delivery business practices, asset management, grid modernization, system resilience, emergency response and regulatory construct. He has also worked with more than 15 clients on various aspects of vegetation management program improvement since 2001.

Miki is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has published several articles on vegetation management, asset management and regulatory cost recovery. In the past, he has served as a board member of the GridWise Alliance and as a co-chair of the EEI T&D Sub-Committee. Prior to joining Accenture, Miki was a Managing Partner at Davies Consulting.
