 Michelle James graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Economics & Finance. She has been in the wireless industry for over twenty years and specializes in marketing, branding, and building member communities. Since 2018, Michelle has been leading program development at CTIA. Michelle leads industry collaboration for smart cities efforts and offers communities the support and educational resources needed to continue their connected journeys.
