Michael Witter is the IT Manager of Real Time Applications at SMUD. He served as the technical lead for SMUD’s ADMS and DERMS implementations and DER strategy. He currently oversees the Outage Management System Modernization Project implementation and integration of OMS with ADMS and DERMS and other DER technology integrations. Mike has been with SMUD since 2006 supporting control systems for Distribution Operations, such as Outage Management System, from both a development and technical aspect. Prior to SMUD, Michael spent 16 years in the Semiconductor Manufacturing industry implementing and supporting control systems
