Michael Lay is an engineer with Dominion Energy’s DER Integration team, where he focuses on designing and optimizing interconnection workflows for distributed energy resources. With experience as a full-stack software engineer and product manager, Michael bridges the gap between engineering and IT implementation. He is a key contributor to Dominion’s internal automation efforts and holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University.
