Michael Danziger is a Managing Director in the Power, Utilities and Renewables practice. He has led programs in the areas of smart grid, smart metering, demand response, energy efficiency, IT and OT convergence, digital transformation, technology strategy, and technology implementations. This has included establishing PMO’s supporting the deployment of Smart Meters within four major IOUs. Furthermore, Michael has assisted clients in developing roadmaps for future smart grid and operations initiatives for electric, gas and water utilities.
