Melody Laven

Melody Quiroz Laven is the Technical Compliance Manager at Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department and previously served as Asset Manager. She co-led the ISO Core Team to implement the Asset Management Improvement Program and prepare the organization for compliance, certification, and recertification. Melody has been with the utility for nine years and previously spent over a decade in the private sector working in IT integration, strategy and planning, content development, KPI-based performance evaluation, and data analysis. She leads the South Florida Institute of Asset Management and is a member of the Institute of Asset Management and Women in Asset Management.
